Arthur Harrington

The Prudent Landowner - A fictional character of the Nineteenth Century

Arthur Harrington, an archetypal self-made industrialist of the late nineteenth century, was a man who build something real through discipline, resourcefulness, and an unrelenting sense of responsibility. He acquired a fine property, not as a trophy, but as an extension of his character. He is organized, practical, and deeply wary of being caught unprepared. He does not want someone running his life, he wants someone watching the foundation while he is focused elsewhere.

Arthur would walk his property each Sunday, clipboard in hand, noting what needed attention. He would return to find it already addressed. He sleeps well, not because he is careless, but because he has put the right people in place.

Home owners choosing the Harrington Membership level demand reliability. They want the call made before the leak becomes the flood.
